Midway through our home purchase, the lender we were using threw us a curve ball that was not in our favor. I decided to call Rocket Mortgage and Charles answered. Charles was awesome, very knowledgeable, understood very quickly what we were trying to do and had solutions. I was concerned due to the timing whether or not we would close on time and Charles assured us it would be no problem.
