I had some time to kill on business travel and began a chat with Chad. I had been looking into getting a HEL to finish my basement. He immediately asked if we could chat on the phone. 3 weeks later my loan was closed! Chad is extremely personable and walked me through the entire process! I am in telecom so understanding loans is a challenge! I will not only refer him to others, but when my kids ...I had some time to kill on business travel and began a chat with Chad.
