Jacob blew me away with guiding me through the whole process. He made everything easy to understand, listened well to me unique circumstances, and was willing to make the extra effort to accommodate. My customer experience was as good as it gets.

Daniel was instrumental through the whole process. Rocket assigns a different contact for each step dut Daniel was available and willing to help with parts of the process that were not his assignment/responsibility. He offered support and even made some follow up and good faith calls for me. Very VERY helpful throughout a difficult process.
