I believe I have used Chris Childress when purchasing 4 or 5 houses. I have moved all over for my work and every time I would call him he was always so nice. Because of this have always suggest people use Rocket mortgage. Moving is a headache in itself but Chris is like talking to an old friend. So helpful and very clear about what needs done. Over the years the entire process has been streamlined...I believe I have used Chris Childress when purchasing 4 or 5 houses.
