communication was difficult. had to leave several messages before returning our calls. difficult process uploading required documents. after closing, disbursement of funds was made using the mail when i specifically asked for a wire transfer. overall bad experience using this mortgage company.

Brandon (Webb) is a consummate loan processor. He guided me through the various levels to initial loan approval and then was available as I progressed to the closing stage. I was happy that I was able to close on June 24th rather than July 8th, 2026. I very much appreciate the guidance especially with the E-signing, uploading and the pre-signing of those many documents that comprise the the loan ...Brandon (Webb) is a consummate loan processor. He guided me through the various levels to initial loan approval and then was available as I progressed to the closing stage.
