Then at the point when we were beginning the mortgage process in earnest we were assigned to Katlyn Hughes who became our go to Rocket Mortgage representative. Any mortgage process has many parts and can be lengthy. In addition to the expected elements that are dealt with, unexpected things arise that have to be addressed sometimes in a fairly short time frame in order to stay on track for the target closing date. Our refi was no exception. Katlyn was magnificent in assuaging our concerns and assisting us in completing all of the requirements in a very timely manner to allow us to achieve the target closing date.

Katlyn was always quickly responsive to all of our questions and concerns and dealt with us in a pleasant, responsive and professional manner. We feel very fortunate to have had Katlyn as our ROCKET rep. Of course all of the ROCKET representatives we dealt with were also quite impressive.Read MoreRead Less
