We worked with Dylan to refinance our mortgage. He was easy to work with and answered all our questions. He kept us in the loop on the progress of our refinance. All we had to do was call him with any questions or concerns and he answered them. We've worked with another mortgage company to refinance our loan and they were horrible. Rocket Mortgage has been great and they have awesome an awesome staff. So that's why we gave Dylan 5 stars, would of given more if they went higher. You can't go wrong with him.
