We called our current mortgage company first and told them about our dreams and our past financial challenges but they told us sorry, there was nothing that they could do to help. As a matter of fact they did not even try to help. We were discouraged and started to just put our plans for the future on hold. On a whim we decided to contact Rocket Mortgage and give it one more shot. You not only gave us hope but you looked at our challenges and said how can we make this happen rather than just taking the easy path and walking away.
