Kevin was very helpful and quick. The only reason I did not give a 5 was there were some things I did not know about that I was informed about at the closing. There was also a issue with the amounts I owed to each of my accounts since I'd had made some major changes recently before the credit report was pulled. However the closing team was able to correct the amounts.
