David was great at communicating and being reachable over the phone and text at first. He was overly optimistic about some initial options he thought he could deliver, but fell through in the end. Towards the end, I had to initiate most of the tasks and stay on top myself so that my loan stayed on track and at same amounts as quoted. He wasn't very reachable over the phone at the end, only via text. I did end up getting a pretty good deal so I'm appreciative of his overall effort.Read MoreRead Less
