Lien was very personable, responsive, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed our interactions as we led up to walking through the process. Only thing I was disappointed with was the closing cost conversation. We ultimately landed on the number we discussed but it took a few followups and attempts to get there. Lien, you're a true professional and I wish you nothing but the best moving into 2022.
