If I can give Darr Grodi (216)466-8438, 10 stars I would. I have been working with him for 3 years to get a refinance on my NY home. We finally got it done this week. His expertise advised me not to do it until it was worth it and in my best interest. He would call me every 6 months go over the numbers and give his honest advise whether to go forward or not.
