1. Wrong initial information was given and full details are not shared with respect to loan cost.
2. Every document and numbers needs thorough review, because every stage you will have a big surprise which will give you sleepless nights.
3. I have to absorb huge cost since all surprises are strategically given towards closure date.
4. Escalation dose not help, ...Nightmare till the loan was closed.
