Lisa helped my wife and I with a recent re-finance. I've owned 3 properties and done multiple re-finances over the years. I've NEVER seen one go so smoothly and quickly. This is an overused phrase -- but it really did "seem too good to be true." Lisa was responsive (even over weekends) and helpful. I think we had one small hiccup and she solved it quickly. In fact even when Amrit's part was completed and we were to work with other people to finalize details I had reached out to Amrit with question about something and got an immediate response from her giving me understanding of terms and great comfort to proceed with what I was doing.
Amazing customer service whether it was through email, phone call, or text. Amrit did it all and we tremendously appreciated her assistance with everything.

He knows and does his job very efficiently and will never leave you hanging. there was a man i used to deal with and would only deal with at Quicken/Rocket Who is no longer in this particular position, and I told Dan he had big shoes to fill if he was going to live up to that person and the service he provided and believe me folks, Dan did just that. Like I said, honest straightforward efficient , Patient and won’t leave you hanging ,and has your best interest. I hope this condensed review assists whomever is reading it in their very important financial decisions for their life.
