Working with Randy was an unexpectedly positive, very professional experience.
Tedious paperwork does not appeal to me, I do not discuss business transactions over the phone, and I was slow responding to the text outreaches from his Rocket Mortgage colleague.
Randy accommodated my preference for working by text and email, swiftly sent a quote for refinancing my home equity loan, and suggested ...Working with Randy was an unexpectedly positive, very professional experience.

I was really hesitant about using Rocket. I thought they'd be corporate, far away, and impersonal. Boy was I wrong. Justin was on top of everything, available all the time, even by text, got stuff done, was on top of whatever we needed or any problems, explained things clearly, and really understood our individual situation.
