I've just finished refinancing my mortgage. The Client assistant person assigned to guide and help me with the forms and necessary documents was Tara VanDyke (who was Heaven Sent !).
There were information and documents I needed to retrieve, organize and upload via computer to the company. Before going any further let me say I'm a Senior Citizen (& well so), and although familiar with computers...I've just finished refinancing my mortgage. The Client assistant person assigned to guide and help me with the forms and necessary documents was Tara VanDyke (who was Heaven Sent !).

Before going any further let me say I'm a Senior Citizen (& well so), and although familiar with computers by no means am I a whiz kid. In steps Tara, she guided me in organizing my documents and the uploads. Smoothing over and correcting my mis-steps with tons of patience.
