Submitted all my papers and documents with mike, got a pre approval and submitted an offer on a house, offer got accepted and paid for inspection and 1500 deposit on the house. Just to go to underwriting and get denied. If Mohamed (mike) did his job correctly, I won’t go thru all this and get denied. His job is basically make sure he doesn’t send you to underwriting if you are not qualified.
