What can I say that hasnt already been said? Sundos was a Godsend when it came to my refinance; there was a hang up on the documents needed because I had a solar system installed/leased about 8 years ago and Rocket's underwriters picked up on the fact there were no words in the Solar Agreement lease addressing the possible event of my default of the lease. Subsequent to my system being installed, ...What can I say that hasnt already been said? Sundos was a Godsend when it came to my refinance; there was a hang up on the documents needed because I had a solar system installed/leased about 8 years ago and Rocket's underwriters picked up on the fact there were no words in the Solar Agreement lease addressing the possible event of my default of the lease. Subsequent to my system being installed, Fannie Mae and Freddi Mac made all lease agreements adddress this scenario and that's where the fun began. Sundos's patience and the many calming "I've got this, don't worry" was welcomed. Peter, as the lead of his team, is a totally competent and efficient person at what he does. I've dealt with numerous mortgages and property purchases over my lifetime, and I've never dealt with a loan officer or the like whom I would consider as fully competent, thorough, and organized as they should be..... that is until working with Peter. Everything he did was efficient, thorough, and in the ...Peter, as the lead of his team, is a totally competent and efficient person at what he does. I've dealt with numerous mortgages and property purchases over my lifetime, and I've never dealt with a loan officer or the like whom I would consider as fully competent, thorough, and organized as they should be..... that is until working with Peter. Everything he did was efficient, thorough, and in the proper order. For instance, he (and Rocket) made sure the appraisal was done to justify the loan from that end before a hard credit check pull was done. In the past it's always been the opposite, often with my credit score getting dinged but an appraisal coming in different that anticipated, and having to redo the loan applications or dropping them and moving on to another more competent lender. Peter is the epitome of what a loan processor/officer should be. I consider a loan officer to be more important than the underwriter, because the underwriter makes their decision based on what a loan officer presents to them. Peter not only know what he's doing, including the ins and the outs, but he intimately understands what he's doing, and it reflects in the outcomes of the underwriters final decisions to approve a mortgage. Thank you so much, Peter, for a job well done. Oh, so I don't forget, Wendy, the mobile Notary who handled the closing signings for us out where we live, was a huge help, and was thorough in her handling of the documents.Read MoreRead Less
