Tyler is a total Rockstar. I contacted him with criticism and disbelief about the offers I was getting sent by Rocket. He explained everything to me in a way that made sense, eliminated my frustration, and convinced me to refinance when I had previously had no intention of doing so. I'm so glad Tyler changed my mind about refinancing. We're in a better place now financially, and it wouldn't have...Tyler is a total Rockstar. I had already started my rocket mortgage with a different individual than Carlton. I was not pleased at the way my loan was handled at all. I restarted the loan process again but this time with Carlton. He was fast efficient and attentive to everything I needed. what a huge difference he made. Wish I had him to start. Thank you Carlton!!
