The entire process was easy, expedient, Damon always responded quickly and professionally, no matter how many times I “bugged” him. Damon always made me feel important and I never felt that I was being a bother to him. You have a wonderful employee in Damon andnext time I refi or if I buy another home I will definitely use rocket mortgage however, I hope Damon is still with you as I would be very disappointed if I had to deal with someone else! If I could give Damon 10 stars I would! You have a star employee in Damon and I hope you know that!
