My encounter with Mr.Belab “Billy” Harb was nothing less than a Godly intervention!! He was right on time and an answer to my prayers. I am not kidding. I had tried to get financial help for the past year to battle the rising cost ( of everything), but, in particular, the interests rates on my credit card debts. needs. At a low point I gave “it” (applying for a loan), one last chance. That light in the darkness has a name and it’s, Billy Harb! Billy was very hopeful, kind, considerate and determined to follow this loan through and he did just that! I cannot be more thankful to Mr.Harb for successfully accomplishing this (not so easy) task for me! God Bless Mr.Harb and his family! He has certainly given me an opportunity to get back on track with my finances at a decent interest rate without the burden of the credit card companies that are out to sink you! It’s a true blessing to have one consolidated payment that is both attainable and reasonable! This has truly been a life altering encounter in a blessed way that saved me. Gary was very efficient and expected quick turn around on information. I requested not to be issued the $100, 000 dollars that I was approved . Gary said repeatedly I rather get you approved for that amount and then we can decide amount you want. No discussion was had on actual amount I wanted loaned to me. The full $100,000 was issued.

What a stress free process. Why? Alex was amazing. He explained every step in the process thoroughly, patiently and professionally. He never was too busy to answer a call or return a call within the same day or within a couple of hours. I would recommend Alex to anyone who wants a wonderful experience when buying a house.
