At closing, I found out that he left over $1200 on the table. By that time it was too late to get any of that money written back into the closing documents. I really felt that once we started the paperwork with him, he checked out. It was me calling him asking for updates constantly. Our closing wasn’t when it was scheduled for it was a few weeks later. Chad was exceedingly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. My refinance process was annoyingly complex in many ways, and he expertly guided me through all of the turmoil. I felt in-the-loop without feeling overwhelmed by information. If I ever need to go through this process again, I would 100% want him to be my point of contact.

Ryan is great at what he does. He was patient with me all while I was juggling a buys work schedule. He cares about his job and checks in on his clients. I applied for about six different loans to shop my options. Ryan and one other lender approved me at the most. He made sure to check all options for the best loan offer.
