My husband and I have worked with Quicken for quite a few years. We are working with Bianka now on a refinance and it has good faster than I ever expected. Good work and she keeps us informed when we needed to do anything to finish our loan. We wouldn't use anyone else anymore. If you are wanting to refinance now is a good time. Angela helped me through the loan application process. I couldn't always contact her when I wanted to. That's why 4 stars. She needs to explain that you will be served by different specialists during the loan process, but she is available to answer your new questions. Overall I was happy with her service.
