I have, and have had for quite a while, a rather complicated financial profile. I had no great expectations when I called Quicken/Rocket. Fortunately Jeremy Gabrielson took that call. To make a long story which is even longer as short as it can be, I'll just say that Jeremy waded through the complexities, and after days of analyzing financial documentation which I had sent him, he came up with the...I have, and have had for quite a while, a rather complicated financial profile. I'm in an exponentially better position now, and saving a huge amount of money, and my credit score has increased over 100 points.
Jeremy is knowledgeable, professional, respectful, courteous, and efficient. I spent twenty years in corporate level retail inventory control and customer service, and it is with this experience I can safely say that I've never personally dealt with anybody having better, or equal, customer service skills than does Jeremy Gabrielson.
