Aaron proactively reached out and really did his homework on my mortgage and property value situation. He proposed the refi as a way to mitigate the PMI I was paying. He was dilligent in the responses to my questions and even picked up the phone on the weekend. It was a pleasure working with him, much better than my initial experience with Rocket.
