Chuck was the first person I spoke with to get the ball rolling on applying for a mortgage. Due to the fact I was not in the states when I started the process we began with texts and were then able to get to phone for a conversation. He never made it seems like certain things could not be done even though I was not always able to call and talk directly with him. Chuck would always answer an email or text within a couple of hours. Even when I could not get in touch there was someone there who was up to speed and could answer questions. I appreciated everything Chuck did and the explanations he gave always made sense. Wished I could have kept him throughout the whole process but I understand what part of the team he was with . He was available for any questions pr concerns even after the closing date.
