No mortgage process is easy, or 100% smooth. Our process was a bit tricky with a few twists and turns. Geoffrey was a consummate professional and was prepared for every move we made. He helped us build the best possible situation and everything we threw at him, he would pivot and make it work. Josh was unable to meet our closing deadline, but that was because my previous loan officer, Patrick Connelly, dropped the ball on my pre-approved loan and then handed it over to Josh at the last minute. I believe that Josh did a good job despite the difficult position he was put in by his predecessor.
