All was fine at first. Told me we could write my closing costs off so I wouldn’t have the bring anything down. Asked about it through text a few times before closing. Got close to closing and no response. Multiple calls and texts and didn’t ever get a reply. Closed ended up paying almost $2K out of pocket. He setup the deal and got me a lower rate but the bait and switch closing costs is crazy
