I have purchased a few homes before and by far, working with Nick and Rocket Mortgage was the best possible experience. Very attentive, responsive, informative - I have no regrets or complaints. Even the lady at with the title company at settlement was impressed at how little paperwork there was to sign! Derek recently helped me with the purchase of my first home. The whole loan process was foreign to me and he helped answer all my questions. Derek is very knowledgeable and knows how to do his job well.

During the loan process, we had to communicate around different timezones (AK time - Eastern time) and my work schedule. Derek was flexible and was prompt, when he tells me he’s going to call/follow...Derek recently helped me with the purchase of my first home. He took his time to explain to me all the different types of loans that were available to me. He gave me different options and crunched all the numbers to make my decision informed and easy.

My experience with Derek was great. He loves his job and it shows in his professionalism and how he interacts with his clients. I would definitely refer Derek to family and friends and I would 100% do business with Derek again in the future.
