Matt was wonderful from the very beginning!
We first met on a chat line and we’re cut off. He reached out to me and we connected! Might I add I am not very technical or so I thought. Matt helped me learn and accomplish the goal. I had never done a refinance let alone one on line. (We refinanced some years back but my job was mostly “sign here”).

One question Matt asked was did I have a printer? Yes I have a printer. Right here in the box! Was afraid to try to hook it up! Matt helped me with that too. He walked me through calmly with everything from beginning to end. As time went on and I got uncomfortable or nervous he reassured me and pointed me in what ever direction I needed at the time.
This refinance was completed quick I believe and I don’t believe it would have gone so well without him. When I got nervous or doubted my ability he reassured me.
I’m a Mom, Grandmother and Great Grandmother and I discovered I could accomplish
anything if I just asked questions and kept going forward. This was huge for me and Matt was a part of that! I will remember this always.
