He called me on a regular basis every step of the way. He even called the listing agent for the house my buyer made an offer on during the aggressive 2021 seller's market to explain how our mutual client was not just pre-qualified but already fully pre-approved. He further explained how the buyer's were in very good standings which helped my buyer's offer to be accepted. Even the listing agent was impressed.
