In March 2021, I was given his name from a friend that because I tried to refinance with my original mortgage company, I explained to the agent that I had a temporary job, and she told me it would be fine and that I qualified for the refinance due to my credit score and income. She set
me up for an appraisal at the cost of $500, she said the temporary job was not an issue. After the appraisal was completed I was denied the loan due to the temporary job. She admitted she was wrong, but I lost $500. Dom agreed I was not advised correctly and to contact him when the job became permanent. In June, the job became permanent so I decided to call Dom and ask how long I would have
to wait to refinance, he replied "did you receive your first paycheck", my answer was yes, and the process began.
