He exceeded my expectations, he was very professional, caring and kind... However, he said that Rocket Mortgage/Quicken Loans does not sell mortgages, but I had to agree to the terms of the mortgage loan, which stated that the mortgage lender has the right to sell the mortgage, therefore, they do sell them, or at least want the right to do so. So maybe Rocket Mortgage doesn't sell mortgage loans ...He exceeded my expectations, he was very professional, caring and kind... She was very positive about the loan process and when I had some difficulty with bank statements not being complete enough I knew it would get resolved with her and the other closing loan team staff. Natalie reviewed the trust instruments and determined correctly that I was now sole owner of the home and was therefore eligible to refinance at a much lower rate of interest to allow me to not have to be forced to sell sell the property and build a permitted in-law units as well as live in the house.Read MoreRead Less
