After being assured that I wouldn’t have to scan multiple documents I agreed to proceed. Since I had re-fi’d with Rocket Mortgage 1 year before they said they could use most of what they already had on file. I only had to supply new W-2, 1099, for 2020. They could access my tax returns with my permission. I didn’t have to send every page as well as I didn’t have to send bank statements either. A couple documents that were easily transmitted through their Rocket App with just a camera shot was all I had to provide. I was able to see where my mortgage process was and reply to any requests for docs. From the time I applied to closing was 17 days total. Not business days which would be even shorter.
