Zoe was everything you would want, and more. She is an excellent communicator, knows her products well and anticipates questions. She is able to strike the perfect balance between business and friendship, so it makes you want to do business with her. That is a very hard skill to master, and as I managed call centers across the country for a very large bank, I would know (retired Senior VP).
