We felt like just a number, unfortunately. At the beginning when my husband called to get started Cody was quick, knowledgeable and on top of it. From there on we were left in the dark. We almost stopped the process mid way through, but then someone else called us and we decided to continue. From there we were transferred to FOUR different bankers. From there on we were left in the dark. We almost stopped the process mid way through, but then someone else called us and we decided to continue. From there we were transferred to FOUR different bankers. All to find out that Cody was supposed to be our contact. I would attempt to reach out to him, to get no email return, and a call days later. One time he was sick and I understand. But the other 3 weeks were long and hard to get ahold of anyone who could answer questions. In all, I'm glad we are finished. Rocket Mortgage as a whole is easy to speak to get someone to speak to, not just a robot. The app where you can see progress and your numbers change is great too.
