Peter, called me after my initial contact with another Rocket agent felt like I was talking to a car dealer salesman, very unprofessional. I decided not to call back. Peter called a few days later and asked me if I was still interested in the loan. I proceeded to talk with Peter about the loan and he was very professional, kept me informed and provided excellent service thru the process.
