Scott is fantastic! He is very personable and responsive. However, had a negative experience with a "desktop" appraisal, that lead to fighting for an in-person appraisal, which delayed the closing by a week - and ended up paying for the extension. Thankfully it all worked out in the end, but this appraisal was extremely stressful and I felt not much was done to help move the process along to meet ...Scott is fantastic!
