This is the 3rd refinance (not including 2 new home purchases) I am doing over the last 10 years and Rocky, by far, has been the most competent of anyone I have worked with concerning mortgages. What stood Rockey out from the others was his knowledge of all things refi, cash out etc. He was on top of everything and always took the time to help this (me) technology challenged person navagate ...This is the 3rd refinance (not including 2 new home purchases) I am doing over the last 10 years and Rocky, by far, has been the most competent of anyone I have worked with concerning mortgages. Other companies may have saved me a minute couple of dollars, but they did not have anyone as well rounded and patient as Rockey. His people skills kept my business...for real!
