Candice exhibited what she needed to most with a customer like me. That is patience and flexability. Time and agin, I know I delayed her doing what she needed so that could do something or find something out on my own. She was able to develop a refinance plan that includes refinancing my home mortgage and also includees a loan attached to my property I owe to another company and the outstanding...Candice exhibited what she needed to most with a customer like me. She was able to develop a refinance plan that includes refinancing my home mortgage and also includees a loan attached to my property I owe to another company and the outstanding loan I have on a new car I purchased about a year ago. Rolling everything into one monthly payment is a huge benefit to me. She also assured me that when I am able to make a bulk payment to my refinanced mortgage, I can work with her or another Rocket representative to lower the interest I am being charged and my monthly payment. I look forward to doing this in the near future, so, even though my refinanced mortgage is a fixed, 30 year mortgage, I know I can trust what Candice has told me and I look forward to working with her and communicating with her in the future.Read MoreRead Less

Eric was exceptional!! Helpful, knowledgeable, & honorable! Eric was able to secure me everything I asked for. When closing cost were available it was exactly as what we had discussed. This has to be the fastest closing in history. Two weeks, crazy. Probably helped that we were prior Rocket Loan customers. Again I was not planning on doing a refi as we had completed one in 2019.
