Shmuel showed excellent customer service and was very friendly and knowledgeable of all the products that were available to me. He answered all of my questions with extra information on items I didn't even know about. Once I got enrolled in the system and submitted what was needed we had a closing date schedule in no time at all. Highly recommend using Rocket Mortgage.
