The first guy that Rocket Mortgage sent me rubbed me the wrong way in just a matter of a couple of texts, so much so that I was looking into other mortgage companies to refi thru. Danny contacted me a few days later and after a few texts and options I could tell he understood what I was looking for and did everything to make it happen. Lower rate, lower monthly payment so I had options financially and reasonable fees. although the fees were still a little high considering I just refi last year thru Rocket Mortgage that wasn't all up to him. He explained the various loans available to buy a house, was knowledgeable, asked relevant questions, gave me concise factual information that was easy to understand. I felt comfortable talking to him. Ayyah was so efficient and timely in her responses. I previously tried to refinance with BOA and OMG..they made me pay for an appraisl and at the last minute found something on a tax return.

Ayyah took the time to review all documents FIRST, then gave me accurate information for my best options and next steps. If I asked a question, she answered in less than 24 hours. If I wanted to change ...Ayyah was so efficient and timely in her responses.
