When it comes to big ticket items, home, refinancing, cars etc. I'm still a traditional guy. In the sense that I feel that I need to be "hands on" with the experience as I have been in the past. I mean picking a bank, meeting with the loan officer and after time going in and filling out mountains of paperwork. Darren was a pleasure to work with and he stayed right on top of every detail. He was always there to answer any questions and handled the whole situation like a pro.

Called me while at work, told him about 4 times that I was at work and needed to talk to my wife about this refinance option he gave me. He replied with “I don’t see the reason you need to talk to your wife about this”. Which then continued to push for me to refinance right there over the phone even though he called me randomly and I never met the guy.
