Michael was very friendly and personable from the beginning. Throughout the loan process when I didn't know who to call he either had the answer or pointed me in the right direction. Michael never left me hanging and was always responsive. Even after the loan closed when I had a question he was on it.

If you want a very positive refinance experience I highly recommend Skyler. This is our third refinance and I rate Skyler number one in all areas of the process.
