Damon is a great salesman and the other reviews I saw on him looked amazing. I do love Rocket Mortgage's app that makes submitting monitoring status of the loan very easy.

Damon was not as transparent during the loan process - things said in the beginning never came to fruition, like having our initial appraisal being refunded at closing. Damon was not as transparent during the loan process - things said in the beginning never came to fruition, like having our initial appraisal being refunded at closing. He was quite impatient with our questions about certain unexplained charges and shifting numbers. The lender made a mistake which added additional fees on the refinance and Damon did nothing to help, even after calling him. In our limited correspondence by text, he simply stopped responding when an issue or question arose. If you don't believe me, I provide a link with screenshots below.

Tarik was so personable and made our Loan experience seamless explaining everything along the way! He was patient and did not rush us through the loan process. We were so impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help us. Additionally the bonus was the Closing in our own home! They provided a list of Attorneys to chose from that came to us!
