I spoke to Caleb about adding funds in for an air conditioner unit. He went back and looked at the account and informed me of what he could do, I agreed and told him that would be fine and that I could work with it.
After so many days had passed, I received an email to look over my account and to verify all information was correct. After so many days had passed, I received an email to look over my account and to verify all information was correct. I proceeded to do that when I noticed that the funds were NOT there but a significantly low amount. I reached out to Rocket Mortgage to inform them of the conversation but was told that I could not receive that amount because the underwriters didn't figure it in.
