Michael and I began our journey with this client in Jan 2026. Michael was always as close as your cell phone throughout the entire process. We were out bid a couple of times, there were numerous requests for modified approval letters, a million lending questions/changes along the way. Michael was always there with the right answers. Eric is wonderful! He has been very supportive, and responsive thought the process. From the very first phone call we had with him until our closing he was always very welcoming to answer all our questions.
