I spoke with Brandi for the first time today. She walked me patiently through what documents I needed to obtain a Verified Approval Document (I knew this as a pre-approval letter). The Verified Approval document is 100% better! I can't wait until we start the house hunting process! I am so glad she contacted me! She made me feel very happy about the next steps to take when purchasing a new home. ...I spoke with Brandi for the first time today.
