We have been looking around for a loan, our bank gave us a difficult time, we didn't want to go to a credit agency either. We decided to try Rocket Mortgage. We were hooked up with Vu Phan right a way and wow, he was on top of things from the beginning, all the way through. Returned calls asap, texts, he made this experience just so amazing AND we got a fantastic loan offer with such a low interest rate. This was earlier this year. Houses were flying like crazy by us too. He helped us get a realtor and she was amazing too. Quick with our needs and I'm not even kidding but between getting the loan right away and working with Vu and Susan, we found a house and closed on it, all within maybe a month and a half. I think it was 20 days just to wait for the closing so you can see how fast everything else went, including inspections. Highly recommend Vu, thanks for making this so easy.
