Long story short I had been trying for 15years to do something with my mortgage. I have talked to 20+ bankers and mortgage people. I even had people completely shy away from my very poorly put together mortgage situation from 2006. Not Dan! He took a look and validated my unfortunate story. Made me feel good about hanging in there. He was confident he could put us in a better situation. He made is seem easy. Even though with my experience I knew it was not a walk in the park. His customer service and team are the best I have worked with and talked with in 15 years of working on making a change. I know timing can be everything.
